Former Air Force here. I spent my entire tour at the Pentagon.

Congrats! I wanted to joing as a kid, but I’m color blind, and if I couldn’t fly, what was the point?

What do the Kiwi’s fly for fighters?

Nothing our Prime Minister sold them all but there are some (i cant be bother putting them all in so here is a link "Aircraft

other than that i do know that there are some jets that are still in NZ bing preserved until needed…ssshhh

congrats man. Im joining r.a.f as a pilot when im old enough, cant wait to fly some badass jets.

Nice one man all im going to b doing is security work…

security work will be cool. its a good life the airforce i believe

My god… there’s finally an airforce us Canadians can make fun of!

I fixed your link. Nice aircraft, I think nearly all are American-made. I especially like the Souix helicopter, as seen in MAS*H (early 1950s).

We have a few of those too. Sssshhh! (I like airplanes)

thanks for fixing my link i realsied it didnt work wehn i had a SQL error on the top of my page but i couldnt be bothered fiing it because im lazy…and im loving your pics man they are awesome

nice work smee

Nice pics John… I kinda laughed at that simulator, my dad trained in one of those during WWII

Gotta love the A-10’s and F14’s though… nice pic of the EZ too  You fly?

What’s an EZ?

Trivia about the A-10, that’s from Fairchild/Republic, formerly of Farmingdale, New York. Unicycling Society of America founder Bill Jenack worked there most of his adult life. He had a lunch-hour group of unicylcists, and you can see in Jack Wiley’s old books a picture or two of them all on their unicycles, n their “engineer uniforms” of white shirts with ties. Unfortunately that company is long gone now.

I’m not a pilot but I have done a bit of flying for fun. Last year I got to fly this plane (a T-6) through a couple of loops and other maneuvers. Major fun!
