I used to have aim, but my dad hated it and got rid of it.
Ive tried to use aim express, but my popupblocker wont let me use it, and when i turn it off, it still says my popupblocker is blocking it, but it isnt blocking anything.
Wht should i do?
Download a client for it, or use meebo.com.
But beware when using meebo, I heard that it’s a big phishing site.
But it still lets you use aim.
So I guess it’s okay.
lol, download it again, but HIDE it…make like a folder…school work or unicycling buisness or some crap yur dad wont bother to go through or make it like aes.ex and just hide AIM in there, it works out good trust me.
or download MSN. 
well we have user accounts, so when i download it, it ends up right on the front of his computer and i cannot hide it.
He said if i wanted it id have to upload it on my other computer in a month

Yeah because AOL changed the AOL Instant Messager’s name to AIM after GAIM was named GAIM, they made the GAIM devs to change its name 
I use MSN only, but pidgin (gaim) seems to be one of the only linux clients for msn (amsn sucks), and I tripple boot my pc (OSX/XP/Ubuntu) so yeah.

I see someone beat me to suggesting gAIM. download it. tell your father about how it’s a much smaller client (sizewize) and that it doesn’t include any of that spyware/malware/adware crap that AIM does.
I’m not supposed to have Myspace IM, AIM, or MSN messenger. But, I have them all, and I use them all almost every day. And my dad dosen’t even know. I just keep them in a folder labeled Star Wars. It has a game in there, then a whole bunch of fake Word documents that are suposedley a story. but really they just take up space, then at the very bottom is Myspace IM, AIM, and MSN. My dad hasn’t even wanted to look through the folder.

I’m smarter than the average nutcase. I only talk to people I know in real life. Or people from this community. And, I never talk about meeting. Even if its my friend, I say call me, you know my number. Then they will.
I’m smarter than to get myself molested/abducted/raped. And, my dad only doesn’t like it because he thinks it has viruses (Hes a computer noob).
