Adobe Premiere help (exporting)

I am making a joint video with Lucas for a video compatiton, to edit this i am using Adobe Premiere (version 7). So far I am very happy with the software and how the video looks but I am in a spot of bother.

When I go to ‘File’ then ‘Export’ then ‘Adobe Media Encoder’ it comes up with the list of options saying how I would like to Export but I cannot find one that saves it so when you veiw, with Windows Media Player, the movie it doesnt come up with a really small screen.

It always is very small, on top of that they take up almost 60mb, whilst past movies I have made with Windows Movie Maker are ALOT smaller and bettter quality, fullscreen. I am using the same camera everytime so I cannot see why there should be a difference.

I would love a guide to this because it has me baffeled, I would really like to see it full screen not only very small.

Thanks in advance

Mike

Have you tried this?: Right click on the Video–> Size of Video --> 200%. I had quite the same problem and it works

You mean in Windows Media Player? It is already set at 200%.

Thanks anyway,
Mike

Thanks for your help, but i think it is fixed.
