Addiction

Questions to determine if you are addicted:

Do you think about Unicycling at least 5 times a day?

Do you ever unicycle alone?

Do your friends and family tell you that you have a “problem”?

Do you give unicycling meets priority over most things?

Do you pressure others to join in?

Are you sometimes ashamed to tell others that you unicycle?

Do you spend lots of $$$ on unicycles?

If yes to the above, you are addicted.

Yes, both conciously and subconciously.
Do you ever unicycle alone?
I think many of us learn to unicycle alone, but unicycling is better with a partner… on different unicycles… unless you’re going for skill level 11.
Do your friends and family tell you that you have a “problem”?
Very often am I told that I have a problem. When I choose to ride my unicycle to the store instead of driving, when I make it a point to where a unicycling t-shirt once a week, with the amount of time I spend on the fora, etc.
Do you give unicycling meets priority over most things?
My entire school schedule was based around my MUni schedule.
Do you pressure others to join in?
I pressure others into joining me, buying expensive unicycles, and to also get their friends involved. It’s part of my master plan.
Are you sometimes ashamed to tell others that you unicycle?
What’s there to be ashamed about? I’m ashamed to tell others about my friends that don’t unicycle
Do you spend lots of $$$ on unicycles?
I think the correct answer is: Profiles + carbon fibre air seats.
If yes to the above, you are addicted.
Yes to the above, I am addicted

I recommend that this thread be trashed before the narcs get wind of Unicycling’s addictive properties and the Feds decide it needs to be designated a controlled substance.
