Shana Tova! Happy Rosh Hashanah everybody!
I just got back from synagogue and boy are my legs tired.
A Puerto Rican neighbor wished me a happy Chanukah this evening. At first I had no idea why she would be saying that and then it struck me, observant Jew that I am (not), what day it was. I took it as a kindly gesture and let it go. I didn’t even know she knew I was Jewish.
