It’s a democracy and you have the option to vote for your ruler during election time. The next election time is set by the current ruler and so far no date has been set.

If we get real fancy ones… itll take away from the simplisity of the emoticon, which adds a nice touch to your text, and will become some nice (or questionably nice) text added onto emotions.

Yes. a newborn experiences only 2 emotions, so newborns can only use and understand 2 emoticons. As we develop more emotions, we need more emoticons. Some stop at 6 or 9, some go on to develop a full spectrum.
