Amazing what progress is possible, in a couple of days!
I’ve been into my wife’s school to use the hall there (much bigger than the
church hall I’ve been in up to now). Straight lines, diagonally
corner-to-corner, were feeling really good and controlled, and I also managed to
go round the edge several times. (Mostly in big circles, sometimes in
straight(ish) lines with sharp(ish) turns at each corner.)
I even managed a free mount! (Once only, mind) That’s the end of my second week
of learning, and I’m still yet to go outdoors… (I was hoping to get out into
the playground this morning, but it simply didn’t stop raining!)
