The 1998 Unicycling Society of America (USA) Rulebook is now available on the
web at http://www.unicycling.org/usa/
The 98 USA Rulebook is the rulebook that will be used at this years National
Unicycle Convention this July in Monrovia, California. For more information
about the 98 National Unicycle Convention check out the USA home page.
Some major changes from the previous version of the rulebook are as follows:
- The 200 m race is longer a mandatory point race
- Standard Skill National Champions are now determined by the final score
