As a former DOD employee at the Pentagon, the 9/11 attacks hit somewhat close to home.

A friend of ours still resides in the D.C. area and was recently able to send us copies of her photos taken the day after and other subsequent days of the broken up Pentagon and repair efforts. Thanks for posting those, they’re really cool. My dad knows someone who knows someone who knew someone in the pentagon when they were attacked.
