# 69th B-day challenge

Happy New Year everyone! Having just turned 69 years old earlier this month, I decided to challenge myself to climb the steepest ramp in the Beach area, specifically Torrance beach. I’ve climbed it on smaller unis, but decided to try it on a 36er. This was no doubt the hardest thing I’ve done since Fargo.

At one point I pretty much stalled out and somehow was able to keep going without a dismount after doing a little corrective hop, but you can really see me struggling to maintain momentum. Anyway here’s a short video, shot with my Hover X1.
