I think you just send in a resume and they pretty much sponsor everyone. Mostly they just award like 10% discounts off their stuff though, IMO you should probably just wait until you can get sponsored by a unicycle company. Do you have any videos of your riding? 
To get sponsored by a protective gear company? I suppose you have to fall quite a bit… I’m preparing my resume now.
