I would assume that any 42 is a hard, narrow tyre like that found on a penny farthing.

A bit smaller but you can buy a 40″ from AliExpress. Though personally I think it is a way too pricy for a brand I have never heard of before. This 40er is priced at about $500 or 460€ in China, on Taobao. The reason it’s so expensive on Aliexpress, partly is because of the oversea shipping cost / duty; and more importantly, there are many middlemans who just buy from Taobao and sell them on Aliexpress (and it’s totally automated, they don’t get to see the goods at all!). This is definitely one of them.
