I have a 1995 Shimano LX equipped steel Scott MTB. Over the years it has it has metamorphosised into a carbon-fibre Scott XT/LX/XTR equipped mountainbike. The only original parts left are the 1995 Shimano LX front derailleur and a Ringle bottle cage.
I would buy it otherwise but it would destroy the only remnant of my original mountainbike, unless you consider a bottle cage integral to a bike
