24" Muni, ISIS, w/ brake mounts

I “need” a Muni I won’t break (hence ISIS) and a way to go downhill that’s easier on my knees (hence brakes). The KH 24 is the best I’ve found but out of my price range. I’ve looked at the Nimbus as well.

Anyone have a Muni that meets/exceeds these specs they are willing to part with for a reasonable price? I realize “reasonable” is relative.

I have a KH Moment hub and crank set laced onto a Large Marge rim with a Duro tire, KH24 frame (mounts, no brakes) and seatpost. The only thing missing is a seat. How’s $400 + shipping?
