I think I wouldn’t buy one.
That vehicle has been available as late as the 1990s, and the one pictured
may be from the 60s but probably not from the 50s. Amazing how much “aging”
can be put on by leaving something outside for a few years.
These things have been sold as ski exercise and balance tools, and for kids
to use in schools. The cheap ones I’ve seen would only hold up to an
extremely lightweight person riding in a straight line. Start turning and
the “tire” material would pop off the wood.
A double ultimate wheel might be a good way to get used to the idea of
riding an ultimate wheel, but a serious unicyclist on that GoGo cycle will
probably wear it out real fast.
