I just made a video that I’m gonna post today but I did something to make the quality better, and it turned out being 1.2 gigs. And vimeo only gives you 500mb. per week.
I was wondering, is there any way to still show my great quality video. I see some people having a link were you can download it. where and how do you provide a download link?
A better title for your thread would be “How to post a 1.2GB movie?”
Use at least some compression like XviD or h.264. They make you video significantly smaller in filesize. 500GB is probably enough for an 15 minutes of high definition video on Vimeo.
Vimeo HD is 1280×720, 24fps by the way. Any higher resolution or framerate is useless as it’s scaled down.

Most likely, your editor of choice should have tons of options for exporting your video. I know Premiere has options just for youtube that comes in handy, or any thing I want really.
Most hosting sites will give you a download link, or you can just hyperlink it.
