Any advice with unispins and crank flips
I have been trying to learn unispins and crank flips. I can land unispin 180's easily and i can do one foot on the ground crank flips but with the unispins i have a hard time taking my hand off the seat and it is just scary to take both feet off the pedals while still on the seat, any advice? thanks

I've never seen a one foot crank flip, I'd like to see that.

Its actually a foot plant crank flip not a one foot. So i jump onto the ground with one foot and then jump back on the uni after the crank flip.
ill upload a video to show you |
