40mm bearing holders

Does anyone know where I might find a set of 40mm machined bearing holders to weld to a frame. I have a frame I can cut them off of, but I'd rather not destroy a good frame. I guess I could use 2 sets of caps only if you know where I can get them - weld one to the frame and use a bolt/poly lock nut.

I emailed UDC USA and they responded that they will stock them at the end of April. I will have to ride with long legs till then.
