Yes, because I am currently doing the cycling badge on my uni, and my troop leaders are all for it!

I realize this thread is pretty much done, but I just wanted to put this out there -- with some effort we could get a unicycling merit badge in the works. After all, they have plenty of really stupid/pointless merit badges as it is. Basketry, honestly?
Getting a Uni merit badge would be a good way to get more riders too.
