I have been M.I.A over spring break. Damnn girls.
But today i rode my A$$ off. 1)I figured out how easy 1 foot riding was 2)I fell hard 1 foot riding 3)Got 5 revolutions in thirty minutes of trying. 4)Working of SIF hopps getting more confortable with them. 5)Figured out rolling hopps.

My ankle is almost perfect again, I landed on my leg fulyl extended when I fell off the back of my uni riding backwards, and it almost hyper-extended. I've injured it in the past pretty badly, but I wasn't able to ride today either, maybe tomorrow.

How do you learn to ride with 1-foot? At this point when I take my other foot off the pedal I fall. It works very well.

Nice vid Susan! Now I know why I'm learning slow. I've had zero bad falls except jamming my ankle. I only fell 4 times since I've been riding and all have been a gentle onto the knee or roll onto the butt. My hands never touched the ground. So guess I'm just a wus and thats why I dont mount more successfully.

Hi Susan,
Great video! I liked the uplifting music towards the end. All the falls at the beginning were fun to watch--we have all been there. What is the white stuff on your driveway? Is it sand from a nearby beach? |
