I think it might be possible... depends what position you're doing really. The drugs bit might be awkward, but rock and roll and sex would work!

EDIT: A beer can holding hat... alcohol is a drug! There, all in one!

Well, I wouldnt need any hands for sex, and only one hand to really rock out on my guitar, and the free hand to use any drug. Add a unicycle in there and we got ourselves a porno!
