Most AC/DC songs I find to be very good driving songs, namely Highway to Hell, Girl's Got Rhythm, and Back in Black.

Roll On Down the Highway, by Bachman Turner Overdrive

(or here if you like lip-syncing)

These are the "Takin' Care of Business" and "You Ain't Seen N-N-N-Nothin' Yet" people from the 70s.

Oh, you came to the right place. I recently made two mix CDs that are just for driving, and if you like classic rock, these are for you.

Disc 1:
Slither - Velvet Revolver
Dyer's Eve - Metallica
Thunderstruck - AC/DC
Welcome to the Jungle - Guns N' Roses
Smoke on the Water (live) - Deep Purple
Ride the Lightning - Metallica
It's My Life - Bon Jovi
Out Ta Get Me - GnR
Seek and Destroy - Metallica
Fight for your Right - Beastie Boys
Enter Sandman - Metallica

Disc 2
Girl's Got Rhythm - AC/DC
Unchained - Van Halen
Sad But True - Metallica
Paradise City - GnR
Seven Nation Army - White Stripes
Battery - Metallica
King Nothing - Metallica
Iron Man - Black Sabbath
Rock You Like a Hurricane - Scorpions
Mind Storm - Joe Satriani (instrumental guitarist)
Life in the Fast Lane - Eagles
Black Dog - Led Zeppelin
For Whom the Bell Tolls - Metallica

The whole list needs work though. Namely, there's too much Metallica...not to mention, I've recently come into some more music that definitely deserves a place on any driving CD. I'll keep you posted.

"Are you going with me?" - Pat Metheny Group from "Travels"

Best at night, driving across the desert. Actually the whole album is pretty good for that.

Kind of a silly question, but do you mean songs about driving, or songs good to drive to?

Another one about driving is "Pedal to the Medal" by Kazzer.
