Good grief, no! Are you as excited about the reunion of the Spice Girls as I am? I thank the founding fathers. They seem to have done more of the work than GOD.

Probably not anything much different than usual. It's supposed to rain more today.

It was the day in 1776 when the Declaration of Independence was drafted by the American revolutionaries.

Harper is a British Loyalist, which is why he is being watched.

We should be taking out the Declaration of Independence and read it, and then compare our current government to the one that the representatives of the colonies declared independence from. We should remember what the result of this document was, which was that the colonies became free and independent states. We should then be seeing if the states are still free and independent states. We should also look at what drove these representatives to need to declare independence and compare that to today.

The really ironic thing is that originally this day was celebrated by those that had the views of Thomas Jefferson, while those that had the views of Hamilton celebrated Washington's birthday. It's Hamilton's view that our current government most reflects. I wish people would realize what the significance of this day really is, which is that each state in the union is a free and independent state and the union only has a few limited powers.
