You're looking for something like an 'unsticky'?
I suspect that will be a Moderator-level action. There's no need to post to a thread to say that you want it to die. Just don't post to it. Since threads don't get locked on this forum, they will always come to the top once someone posts to them again. Once you've been around for a while it gets to be good fun to see the threads that get ressurected by newer members of the community. |
