Advice on Trials Frame?

I wonder if any of you can give me some advice. I have a United trials unicycle
with a Monty wheel and am constantly having problems as the bearing has moved in
on the axel causing the wheel to rub against the frame. The guys at my club
think that I need a new frame, possibly a Sem. I don't really want to have to
spend too much money, but need to do something as I want to do lots of trials
and just can't keep the wheel centred. I also don't want to make the unicycle
too much heavier. I have heard people say that Sem frames tend to buckle with a
lot of hopping. Any advice would be appreciated.

One bearing has probably moved out, not in, as the bearings can't move in past
the shoulder on the Suzue hub. The bearing walks because the frame is too
wide. As in when you put the frame on, you have to squeeze the fork legs
together a bit to get the bearings to drop in the slots. Then as you ride it,
the fork legs relax as they pull one bearing out on the axle. The fix is to
take the frame off and squeeze it together enough to permanently bend the legs
together a bit. So that they are either neutral or slightly too narrow for the
axle. Then pound the bearings back on, up the the shoulders, and put the uni
back together.

Loctite high strength sleeve retainer 640 will keep the bearings from slipping
on the axle. The sleeve retainer is designed to hold press fit parts.

My Coker and my Pashley muni had problems with the bearings slipping outwards
towards the crank. I pulled the bearings off, applied some Loctite sleeve
retainer, put the bearings back on and no more problems. The bearings stay put
now like they should. Even with the Loctite it is still possible to remove them
when it is time to replace a bearing so even though it says high strength it is
still not difficult to break the bond using a bearing puller.

The hard part is finding the sleeve retainer. Some auto parts stores have it and
some industrial supply stores have it. The Loctite thread locker is easy to
find, but the sleeve retainer takes a little more searching.
