Mike gorgeous photos as always
I hope mine are up to the level. I spent some time on Polish seaside. It turned out more hilly than I expected and I even found some nice XC trails on paths designed for nordic walking. I also took opportunity to ride along Hel peninsula (you can see it on Strava http://www.strava.com/activities/-un...-hel-395439088).
Additionally I prepared a small video from the rides there:

Mike, are you doing one of your S turns in the top pic, like the lower one. Or just correcting your balance?
(Your pics are always awesome BTW)

I made this extension for my NF T-handle, since it's non-adjustable up/down. With the extension, the aerobars are now the same height as it was on my KH 36er. I got a used seatpost from my LBS, with the same inner diameter as the tube that the T-handle fits into. Then I made a cut through the center of the 30 degree bend, and attached the seatpost (which I cut to make it like a pipe) to each end, which added about 5" to height, making it the same as my KH 36er with the same setup.

I secured it with modified seat clamps and set screws rather than welding so I could change length if desired. It's easier on my back to sit more upright rather than be so hunched over, especially on long rides. Took her out today and it was smooth as silk! Yeah, she's a sweet ride. I just hope that the single [horizontal] frame tube that supports both my weight and the extended handle w/aerobars will be sufficiently strong!

Took a 10 mile ride "up the river" across from Sing Sing which supposedly is where the saying came from. Its an out and back ride in Nyack Beach/Hook Mountain State Parks. The first mile+ of the Nyack Beach section is at river level and the Hook Mountain part of the ride is up above the water. It is hardly extreme MUni riding being on a gravel path with a few paved spots, But it is really scenic tucked in against the Palisades and steep slopes along river. The Nyack Beach section is kind of crowded but the Hook Mountain part is much less used and feels pretty remote for being only 20 miles upstream from Manhattan.

(Should have taken pix on the way up the river when the sun was still on the cliffs.)

Thanks so much to Sanne for being a gracious host and loaning me your 24" muni. I don't often get to do long(ish) rides with others and this was pure fun.

Sorry I'm so late in posting these but I picked up a cold on the way back home and have been out of sorts it lately.
Hello Vertigo

Yes, it was nice to meet and have a ride although the weather was awful. In fact it was a micro international meeting, as Setonox is from the Netherlands (but he has lived in Denmark for some years). And by the way - I'm sorry that I totally forgot that you should have tasted the liquorice icecream!

Best regards,
Sanne

PS: Funny that you describe the forest as a park

Simply a nice trail to climb, only the very steepest parts I still cant make up. Just lovin it for the cardio!!
Did my annual check up today. Used to be on the borderline of everything, blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and all kinds of crappy aches, crappy mood, and fatigues. I now ride 3 or 4 times a week from 4 to 10 miles. Blood pressure 110/64, glucose at 96, normal. Feeling great. Wooohoooo!!
