26" Nimbus II vs. Yuni Frame Differences?

Apart from the difference in seat tube diameter (25.4 vs. 22.2), are there any other differences in the 26" Nimbus II and Yuni frames?

More specifically, if a wide 24" rim with the 3.0 Gazz tire is used in these frames, is there any more or less side clearance on one of them?

Thanks for your help.

The Nimbus is probably lighter and/or stronger, w/ the larger seat post. Also if you ever decided to get a suspention seatpost you could only use it on 25.4 or 27mm seat post.
