Arrow 36er: How to mount, idle and ride backwards

Had some requests for a new 36er tutorial, so here's a little Christmas/Holiday offering. Cheers!

My lower back hurts just 'watching' UG idle on a 36". I would personally 'not' attempt these skills on a large wheel unicycle until I'd mastered them on the 20" and worked my way up to the 36". The thought of UPDing on a 36" while riding backwards is scary. Thanks for all your great tutorials, UG!

I'm 7 days in on the 36" and shooting for 10 miles tonight.
