I will make it one of these years. Just keep having birthdays eh?!

I was in British Columbia working as a Helibase Manager for the Monashee Fire Complex during your birthday so I had a good excuse, though I was a good 1000 miles closer than normal.

We are going to have to shorten the fire season back to how it used to be so I can make it out there

When I was slightly younger most people still learned Latin at school. So we loved to speak a slang we called "Latin de cuisine" (Cooked Latin) It had (almost) the grammar of Latin but with funny latinised words.
Now the practice has faded away ...
Excerpt (extremely vulgar : you should skip this if you are aged under 21):
"I illo tempore, Demosthenes, cum suis discipulis, in Athenarum bordelium iret . Mater macarella apparuit ...." and so on (with an American soldier "Americanum centurium" being in the story) ...(Thieum please don't explain what it means )

Definitely!

Bernard could get through a difficult holiday meal, using sheer wisdom!

If anyone could, Bernard could help obnoxious people learn to be nice.

Drive north until the pavement ends
Then keep going until the gravel ends
Then keep going till your past the mines
Then keep going till your past the all season road
Then keep going on the seasonal road till you reach the only stop sign you have seen in 9 hours of driving, then turn left.

Wow. You can practically taste the Arctic circle from there. They never have less than 6 hours of daylight. How can that be?

Been working on five for a couple of years, can't imagine how hard 6 is. Probably easier (relatively) to flash, but I feel like it would be harder to hold long runs and keep the rhythm and spacing consistent.

I took Latin for years and couldn't tell you which words are fake, but the few words I know give enough context.

Thanks Saskatchewanian for pushing me back into maps contemplation and day dreaming.
What lead you there ? Business or pleasure?
