What unicycle is best for the Zombie Apocalypse??

I was thinking the 36er just for the speed and distance, zombies are pretty slow and it's easy to get away.

But if you're cornered, I think it would be better to have a 20" or similar (with sharp edges) to swing around and lop off some heads. Y'know, just in case.

A tall unicycle that kept you above the fray too, A giraffe so tall the zombies couldn't bite you, They might figure out, though, to just knock you off.

I think Muni is the way to go because it might be easier to get around the broken streets and/or head out away from the city.

Tough choice, What unicycle would you want for the coming zombie apocalypse??

Well a 26" mountain uni would probably be best with a little extra speed and a nice fat strong tire. If you could afford it maybe one of these http://www.unicycle.com/dm-all-terra...ly-2-left.html
it would be good for getting away from the slower ones and its semi light weight for easy transport and hiding.A giraffe would take up to much space wherever you were hiding and it would take alot of speed away. Then again it would add alot of extra length for hitting them with the extra metal and from far away.I would go with a Muni.

Hands down, no other choice.

There's more risk associated with hanging out and popping heads than turning tail and running.

Sure it'd be fun to stick around, but I'd rather not.

Practice your Coker muni and you should do fine when dealing with the broken roads and such.

and you definitely need a seat post w/out bolts so you can just pull it off and start swingin'. you could also keep knives and such in the seat post. hmm...maybe a good idea for smuggling onto airplanes?

I hope the police don't read this thread...

And i think the 36er would be the best choice, especially with a touring bar so you can run them over without them dirtying up your uni.

Strap a sawed off shotgun to the underside of the 36er touring bar for instant, random head shots! Or you could attach it to a swivel bracket so you could shoot in any direction, not just the direction you're riding.

You must have short zombies in Cal.

Shotgun, Cool. That would match the sawed-off seat post down there. I'll even make them the same length. Does UDC make a two bolt clamp for shotguns?

Definitly a 36, with a TA tire

Zombies aren't called zombies because they are quick to notice stuff. A quiet tire is worth 2 boxes of shotgun shells. Keeping your brains up as high as possible is also paramount. Try not to look like you are thinking while you blast away, or ride by. Zombies try to follow anyone they suspect is thinking. Try not to think about it to hard as you ride past on your silent TA 36. Thinking smells like brains.

I wasn't aware of this.

If you gave it any thought, you'd hop on a bicycle if you wanted to get somewhere.

The unicycle is obviously not a thinking man's transportation device.

I guess we're safe then!

In your hands but also on the touring bar for random headshot, as written before

Oh and another thing. If you have a shotgun in your hand, I expect you to charge up with only one hand, just like in Terminator.
