Folks, there are so many 'post your ....' threads. This is really funny and I just would like to start another one.

Mine's kinda like this. It's 7 layer pure chocolate cake slice only bigger than this and I get one about every other day. I can't get along without me cakey fix!

This one is from our wedding rehearsal party, June 30, 2000. The pedal is made from Kit-Kats, glued together with melted chocolate and held up by popsicle sticks. The frame is Hostess Ho-Hos, with the top one wrapped in foil to look like a seat post. The seat is a partial bundt cake. Very clever, and tasty!

This unicycle cake is from my 40th birthday party (a few years ago). It was a surprise party at Mana Sushi, which many of you MUni Weekend people may remember if you came to the event in 2003. The pedal was made from a white-stuff-filled cookie, and okay so the maker didn't know about crank arms. I think it was an ice cream cake too!
Oh, and I'm pretty sure there were exactly 40 candles. I hope nobody ever makes me try to blow out more than that...

Since we're on a uni theme, here is a Key Lime Cake (pie) that my wife made for our annual unicycle "Ride 'N Feed" party. In 2007, it was also a going away party for our friend Unirene, who was moving away after finishing up her college work in Seattle. This dessert was in her honor, and she is also the model for the drawing, cranking out some distance on her custom Caker 36".
