Can he make a rock so big he can't move it?? We're back in the same circle either the universe has always been or he that created it has always been (which is as far as the book goes).. Welcome to the 98% of lack of knowledge,, We're so limited in our sight, time, matter, space, it's all created and interelated,, true reality is outside of what our minds can conceive of, our greatest thoughts are shear vanity locked in that miserable 2%

I suppose that would work for me. Stuff that was written 2000 years ago runs a lot of risk of being distorted, mis-translated, rewritten, revised, politically edited, etc. Video would also be nice.

I write with commas out of habit,, I'm a full time firefighter and when we write our narratives about emergency incidents we puntuate between statements with commas,, I got to like it,, I can get away with writing w/o worrying about whether something is an actual sentence or fragment or run-on etc..
An interesting policy... Kudos to you on being a full time firefighter, especially in a part of the country that tends to be pretty HOT even when there's no fire going on! Wearing all that gear must be fun in Georgia weather.

The Bible speaks of truths way before they were known as truths;
So did Nostrodamus. How does he fit into all this? And what about all those so-called psychics who make their annual predictions every year in the tabloids, along with the ones from the previous year that they happened to get right? Are we only looking at the ones that have the necessary interpretations from today, or are we objectively considering *all* the predictions and seeing if their track record is even close to 50%?

Psalms 19:6 ,sun is moving through space
Yes, everyone knew the sun moved. East to west.

Jonah 2:6, Mountains in the seas, only a recent history discovery
Certainly a reasonable assumption. Land goes from mountaintop to shore, and continues to go down from there. Why assume the sea's bottom is flat?

**Seven times we are told in scripture that God stretches out the heavens and scientists think they are just now discovering that space is expanding
I wonder how many times various churches have had to expand the heavens. First when man learned to fly (nope, didn't crash into heaven there). Then when we learned to fly higher. Then when we went sub-orbital. Then when we went into full orbits and all the way to the moon. Did anyone's definition of "the heavens" have to get adjusted during the last 100 years?

** The jews were instructed to perform their circumcisions on the 8th day after birth,, there is no way they could know that the 8th day the coagulating factor in the blood (prothrombin) is the highest.
Utter nonsense. All it takes is one doctor (Moil?) and a lot of babies over the course of a career to figure out the 8-day formula. If the doctor has friends they can probably figure it out much faster. No science needed beyond simple observation.

** The jews rules on washing in moving water and rules of waste disposal
I don't know the full set of rules, but I think I could have figured out the whole moving water thing with one dirty person in a bathtub. The Jews developed a lot of healthy and safety values a long time ago, presumably with a lot of trial and error along the way.

Job 38:35 Light can send messages
Like smoke signals? Or that thing where you use a bit of mirror to flicker a bright light? One if by land and two if by sea? Nothing exactly new...

Say we as humans in our vanity claim to have aquirred a whopping 2% of that knowledge,, We would lack 98% knowledge,,
Let's say we had the 2% back in biblical times, and now we're up to 5%. That's progress! We know we don't know everything.

Quote:
I know Christ was able to walk through walls after he aquired his resurrected body based on biblical record,, therefore we know solids can pass through solids,, we just don't Know the law that governs that occurrance,,
Actually we don't know the parameters. Is the resurrected Jesus a solid? Maybe he's just a part-time solid, or maybe he's just a hallucenation. In other words, real in the minds of the people who see him, but not affected by physical matter. An energy being. This would allow him to walk through walls without breaking any of our known physical laws (other than the gap of understanding how he works).

Clearly, there was a God maker. ...but who made the god maker? Was it the god maker maker? Was the god maker maker made by a god maker maker maker?

These are the real questions.

Yeah, something of so much magnificance as God can only lead to one logical conclusion... that there has to have been an intelligent designer of God.
