So then it looks like his name is Brian Kidd. And he's serious about his "uni-piping"!

One question:
Bike shorts under the kilt? Anything?

I also don't think we need to know which of the services listed on the sandwich board were next on his agenda. . . .

But seriously (or not, if that word can't apply here), I've always wanted to learn to play the bagpipes, and it has occurred to me that it would be quite something to play them while riding.
