Pedal Grab Problems?

Hi

I've been trying to pedal grab for about 2 months now and I haven't had much luck. I side hop with my back pedal facing the ledge and my front pedal facing away. I'm not sure whether to swing the wheel backwards or forwards when my pedal is on the ledge. Plus if anybody has any tips I would be very grateful.

For back foot pedal grabs I recommend swinging the wheel back after you have landed so that your back foot is forward. Once you are in that position swing the wheel up so that you do half a rev in the air before landing on the object. It is almost as if you are just rolling the wheel up onto the object. Look at 1:33 in this video to see what I mean.

nice video as always unihopper.. I especially like the no-handed 180 body spin or whatever its really called. I've never seen anyone do that before.
