Just looked on ebay, firebirds are still the same price. The whammy im seeing it go as low as $50, and the highest of around $120.

In unicyclist.com I think you have a 1/15000 chance to sell it. On craigslist it would sell in about a week with a reasonable price. And if you need the money, craigslist and ebay would be the best bet. Keeping it here will see you no money anytime soon.

Goodluck.
thanks, i'll try it soon i guess. I mean, i've put this whole thing aside for work and other stuff, but i guess i might try and sell it all.

Have your parents agreed to you selling it yet or are you waiting for a buyer before you ask?

Epiphone Firebird brand new from Musicians Friend $449
http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/p...tar?sku=519377

includes free shipping.

Much better deal than a used guitar with crappy duct tape on it at $500... IMO

For our international audience, let me explain that Cape Town is a bit like California.
All windswept and interesting, fake tan and pretension you can cut with a Carrol Bowes knife.
(Generalisionally speaking, of course.)
The perceived hippy population is also higher than the national average and people's obsession with the mountain seems to stop them from actually getting anything done.

It's known as "The Mother City" in South Africa and the rest of the country jokes that the reason for that is not that Cape Town is where european settlers first set foot, but rather that it takes 9months to get anything done.

So I just indulged in a spot of good natured inter-provincial ribbing.

We now return you to your normal programming.

I'd have to agree about the length of time it takes to get anything done down here. But... it does have it's advantages in that there is less stress around as you know it's going to take a long time to get done, so while you wait you may as well look at the mountain and think about how RAD it is to live in Cape Town.
