Post pics of your bicycles!

I just finished setting up my touring bike

Surly Long Haul Trucker with Albatross handlebars =

I have been bicycling to work on this beast lately and it is quite the joy to ride! I am very anti drop bars now that I have switched to albatross bars. I added some bar ends to the A bars so I can have an extended position as well as a relaxed position while riding.

Cool bike! I'll have to take a picture of the bike I rode last Sunday. It originally was a Bianchi BuSS single speed mountain bike with an optional front shock, but several months ago I built a new rear wheel around a Shimano Alfine 8-speed internally geared hub. Now it's much more knee friendly, and I can chase the roadies on the road.

Talk about "OLD SCHOOL"!!!

Two classic Schwinn Sting Rays with stick shifters!

Black is a 1967 Stingray "Fastback" 5-speed. All original.

Blue is 1966 classic Stingray "Deluxe" 3-speed (internal hub) and all original.

So these bikes being about 43 years old are twice as old as most of you guys, lol! The blue one is exactly like what I had as a kid. I had taken the fenders off though and got black wall tires and a "Slick" on the back. I also had a really cool fenderless 5speed stingray back in the day also!

I have Bianchi that used to be geared, but now it is fixed geared . I popped a wheelie and the rear derailer went into the spokes. The frame bent where the derailler attaches, so I made it a fixed gear bike. I have a Ross road bike that needs new tires and a Mongoose BMX that I commute on.

I might post some better pics...

Here is my 2008 Giant Bowery w/ flip-flop hub. Front gear is from the 80's and the bar rap didn't come with the bike. I have it on single speed now. This is my commuter. It was the 59th Bowery made in the year 2008.

Here are some better pics:

My Mongoose that has seen many parts swapped out. Pretty much the only original parts are the pegs, front sprocket, handle bar mount, and the frame.

My Ross waiting for a new tire.(It's been a long time!)

My Bianchi with the bent derailer mount.
