The first one isn't even funny. That guy is probably in a wheelchair for life.

He was moving. They didn't have him on a back board. He is not paralyzed. Why would he be in a wheelchair?
I thought that was a back board.

Well his face is going to be fucked, even without the wheelchair. I don't see what's so funny about it.

No where in this thread says for the video to be funny. It is just the favorite bike wrecks, they could be funny ones, like the vid of Kris Holm falling on the pre-hop when he was competing in the high jump competition. Or it could just be a brutal crash like the first one.

Its just the crashes we like best, not the ones we think are funny.

Even though some people probably laugh at some of the gruesome wreck videos out there.

I don't like the random big crash videos because they almost never let you know if the person ended up OK or was severely injured. The crash scenes in MTB videos are different because there you know the person came out OK, or if they didn't (and had to go to the hospital) they let you know that too. For example, when Wade Simmons broke his leg doing a big gap jump for a video they showed the crash but also showed the aftermath with the rescue and the ambulance trip.

I don't want to watch a crash video and find out later that the guy is paralyzed or dead because of the crash. There are too many video clips on the internet where you wonder if the guy actually died from the crash. I know there is a skateboard crash video that shows someone who ended up dieing from a head injury. The crash video makes no mention of that. Not cool.
