Hey. How was the pine nuts? I have ridden my dirt bike down there and it was pretty sandy.
Am trying to get back into pretty good shape, so legs are constantly spent from over riding. I do not seem to know a happy medium

Hey. It has been snowing up here most of the day. The wind was very strong this morning. Did not get the chance to ride either.
Ash canyon is behind the college on college avenue. I put a tag on the map where the parking lot is. I normally go across the creek, then up the hill beside the creek / ponds, then make a big loop. It is nice hard pack with small rocks on some of the trail.
Where's Ash Canyon? And actually, I'm filming a unicycle documentary, and chance you'd like to participate? Went out for a ride today, turned around because of the weather, hoping it will get better in the next few days.
Hey, riding in Ash Canyon over the next few days. I will check before I go out. Normally ride in the afternoon. Getting better. Not great. Broke left hand, so am riding the Muni exclusively for a while. Wind is really blowing today. Looking forward to riding some time.
